PRICES AND PAYMENT

In the shopping cart you can see the total amount including shipping and taxes where they are applicable. Customs may apply when purchasing outside of EU. On the checkout page you can see the different payment options.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Your notice to us must clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made orders or digital products.

RETURNS

Returns are made at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have sent the wrong item. Returns must be sent as a tracked letter or parcel, and not by cash on delivery.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the product to us.

REFUND POLICY

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the product as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date we received the returned product.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. However, we will always cover the return shipping costs for replacement products if the product you received was damaged.
